I designed a sandpaper organizer to help organize and free up space in my tool chest. I have included files for both magnetic and nonmagnetic bases. I was unsure of the labels to add, so I happened to have kept them blank. If needed, I can add the step files so you can customize your own labeling. I had access to a label maker, which is what I decided to use, and it keeps the file generic for most applications.
PRINT PROFILE AND SETTINGS
I printed them in PLA, using :
Original Prusa i3 MK3S & MKS3+ 0.6 nozzle @ layer height of 0.20 mm
PLA is printed at 220C Nozzle /70C Bed
**IMPORTANT NOTE:
Magnetic Base and sand-paper holder use 3x6mm Neodymium Magnets Rare Earth Magnets ( x13) ,for the non-magnetic base (x8) , here is an attached link:
