Simple medications organizers with models for a week, weekend, and day.
The tops are best printed in flexible filament, I used TPU myself.
The tops will slot into the bottom pieces giving a secure fit and are opened by applying an inward (not upwards) force to the lid.
I have not uploaded print files as these will depend heavily on your printer and exact filament used. However, the tops are best printed with a variable layer height using as thin a layer as your printer can manage for the portion of the hook which connects to the bottom. If you cannot print with a variable layer height start with a height of 0.1mm and adjust from there to find what works best with your printer.
I printed the bottoms out of PETG but most other plastics should work just fine.
The models are easily linked together to form different configurations, for example AM and PM medications.
Days of the week can be added with text in PrusaSlicer. I found that a depth of between 0.5 and 0.75 works best.
The models can be scaled to different dimensions - though beyond 200% you start to get a lot of wasted space and would be better off modifying the model files directly.
