Separate scalpels safely and swiftly.
- Insert the scalpel blade up and horizontal into the groove.
- Tilt the scalpel up after the tip of the blade passes the entryway.
- Once the scalpel is vertical and fully inserted hold the separator and pull up.
- The blade should pop right off.
Designed for #22 blade and a #4 handle, but works on everything I have tested so far.
Closed version for increased safety and disposal of sharps.
Extra long #4 handle included.
Working on a magnetic version for single handed use.
