I have designed a back scratcher the measures about 380mm in height, which includes two staples to secure the three pieces together, the staple slots I have trimmed as much as I can for clearance, some sanding or grinding may be necessary.

The settings I have included with the shared G-code. please let me know if there are any issues. I am concerned about the area between the hand scratcher and attachment neck seems kind of weak, I would suggest to use a heavy infill percentage for extra strength.
