I wanted to a simpler way to fill 4 weeks' worth of daily pill cases without counting out and placing individual pills.
This design holds the pill cases in place, has a trapdoor/comb for the individual days/pills and then has replaceable templates/sieves for the pills themselves.
I've included 2 different sieves that I use. The oblong one accommodates at least 3 different pills that I know of and probably more.
The plate has a built-in funnel to get the extra, leftover pills back into the bottle easily. You simple close the trapdoor/comb, then poke the sieve/template up through the funnel. Set the bottle on the funnel and slide the extras back into the bottle.
The walls of the plate need to be glued on. Though, it's a pretty tight fit and might stay on well for you.
I printed all of this in PLA.
