Well aware its not required to remove the plants, but wanted to upload my spin on the comb/rake/tool.
I find the low profile and angle required to use comb helps me catch and remove duckweed in particular.
Models:
- Small
- Best for smaller floating plants (eg duckweed)
- Big
- Better for floating plants with a larger leaf (eg red-root floaters
Material:
- I use PLA+. Feel free not to use PLA+ and carry out your own personal research on aquarium use of PLA/PLA+/PETG.
Print Settings:
- Tested using 0.3mm layer height and low infill - easy print
- No issues expected at other layer heights
- Nozzle used was a standard 0.4mm
