Recently, I obtained a pair of 64 x 32 pixel P3 (3mm pitch) RGB Matrix panels (which are 192 mm x 96 mm) and needed to drill mounting holes for them. I made this jig to help with placement and marking the holes with the correct spacing.
I only needed the positions of the four holes on the corners of the panels, not the two on the long edges on the top/bottom, so I didn't bother making holes for those.
Please note: My panels have M3 holes spaced 170.5 mm on center horizontally and ~49.65 mm on center vertically. However, panels from different manufacturers do not always have the holes in these same positions, so you'll have to verify the spacing is correct for your panels if you want to use this.
Also, the LED panels each have two small pins on the short sides (one below and slightly left of the top left mounting hole, one above and slightly right of the bottom right mounting hole). I don't have a need for those pins, and I needed to check the spacing on the screw holes by putting the part flush as shown in the photo, so I simply clipped the pins off. You shouldn't need to do this simply to mark the screw holes using the jig (but you might want to either remove the pins like I did or else drill holes for them, if you are planning to mount the LED panels flush with some surface)
There are two versions of the jig; a partial one with just the screw holes, and a full version that also marks the positions of the two IDC cables connectors as well as the power cable. Edit: I've revised the power cable hole and slightly tweaked the IDC cable holes to what I believe is accurate.
