This assembly requires 1 base, 1 knob, 1 gear bearing, 1 turnpiece, and 6 of every other component. It also requires 12 M3x20 screws with 12 M3 nuts.
The window on the front was to add in a paper that would display the measurement, but the knob stays in place pretty well so you can just turn it to where you need and then remove it and measure that with a tape measure.
