CASA Enclosure Storage Tray System

This is a series of parts trays to be used with the CASA enclosure. There are a few different styles to choose from within the collection. 

Each tray requires a set of printed rails to mount onto 2020 extrusion using M5 x 8 mm button head screws and M5 hammerhead T nuts. The system has the flexibility to mount any tray in any order simply by positioning the rails at the needed location on the 2020 extrusion.

You will need to add two additional 340 mm long 2020 V slot extrusions at the rear locations as shown in the pictures. The rails should be mounted flush at the front and rear of the extrusions.

If needed you can use these corner brackets to mount your rear vertical extrusions. https://www.printables.com/model/743221-2020-extrusion-corner-bracket they worked very well.

Print Settings:

Standard ABS, 3 wall loops, 5 top and bottom layers and 20% cross hatch infill. I used OrcaSlicer Auto Brim with a HoneyBadger textured plate, heat soaked the chamber and everything printed just fine.

Print at 100% since I already accounted for shrinkage.
