I recommend to print using ironing for all top surfaces, with a 0.15 or 0.1mm layer height. You can use ironing on the surface on the squares to get a better finish, it adds a bit to the print time but it looks much better.
Mold is using about 5.5gr of silicon per square of plate. This will depend a lot on the silicone you use. I used platinum silicone for these mold, with a mold printed in PLA. Be careful of printing in PETG since it inhibit curing of the silicone.
I provided the parametric file for Fusion 360, change the width and height in the user parameters to make your mold bigger. You will have to update one of the boolean operations to select the new bodies created.
EDIT 2024-06-22: Added 6x6 plates and 7x7 plates. Will provide more later, I can also generate on request too for people that can't open the Fusion file!
