My Situation
I have Avocet ABS Euro Cyclinders with which the U200 is not at all compatible due to the inner key preventing the use of the external keyhole. However, I noticed the thumb turn versions do work, but the oddly shaped thumb turn isn't removable (but I can see a locking pin which I reckon I can drill out - and hopefully reuse). I've ordered a new thumb turn for my front door, but in the mean time have tested this with the old the “Endurance Doors” version that came with the door but I'd replaced to match the rest of our keyed-alike locks. This version has a grub screw, so I just widened the locking-hole to 4mm.
I'll update this when I've tested with the new cylinder.
Printing:
Print it solid, laid flat on the side with the locking hole so that you don't rely on layer adhesion to hold the locking pin from shearing.
Adjustments:
There's a lot of user parameters (more than are necessary) in the Fusion 360 file.
Feels free to mess around to do what you need.
Note, I've added 0.25mm to the inner diameter (see user parameters in the Fusion 360 file). Remove this from sketch 1 if you aren't happy with that.
