I've designed this light some time ago for the build of my 3Dsets FJ40, but never managed to publish it. Back then I made two versions, one with a flange mount and one using a single screw on the bottom.
When I bought my Vanquish H10 Optic I realised that this light fits perfectly inside the front mask, it only took a small modification to the chamfer on the screw mount version :-)
Glass:
The glass has holes for four 3 mm LEDs. I've included some photos of the soldered LEDs.
The glass is held inside the body with a M2x8 screw from the back of the body.
Flange mount version:
The flange mount is designed for M2 screws. Use aM2x10 and nut for the hinge.
Bottom screw version:
The bottom screw mount is designed for a M3 screw, the screw hole is 4.7 mm deep.
