Made for standard 31.8mm (1.25") diameter MTB handlebars, 22mm adapter is included to mount it near the grips.
Allows to angle the flashlight both up-down and left-right.
Suitable for any cylindrical flashlights up to 38mm in diameter.
The All In One model has the 32mm Medium sized ring. Small 24mm and Large 38mm rings can be found in other files and in the zip archive.
(A zip tie can be used instead of printed ring parts to fit a light of any shape and size.)
This model has tight tolerances for better strength. Your machine has to be well calibrated. All press-fit parts should snap together with a bit of force.
Print settings:
PETG is recommended for higher flexibility and impact strength
Turn on “Precise wall” and "Arc fitting”, if available in your slicer.
3-5 Wall Loops.
15%+ Infill.
100% infill recommended for the rings.
0.12-0.16mm layer height is optimal.
No supports, brims or rafts.
The “All In One” model fits on a 15x15cm bed.
V2 UPDATE 28.03.25: Ring parts are now replaceable, better grip, better looks, less rattling.
