I couldn't find these so I made my own. These are covers for Juniper switches and SRX firewalls, and may even fit Cisco and other gear that use similar rack brackets.
If you have a Cisco switch and confirm that these fit please mention it in the comments.
The screw is an FHCS M4x8 for my Junipers. Other gear may use different screws.
One side is angled and can be oriented inwards or outwards, doesn't matter. I know the face is flat and boring, but you can print with that side down and it requires no supports.

Update 6/25/24
I noticed that the original covers were a bit too tall and didn't fit adjacent devices. The new v3 version is slightly shorter and allows for these to be next to each other. I recommend using the v3 versions if your devices are right next to each other.
You can still use the v2 version if you'd like slightly more coverage without putting these next to another device with covers. The photos with 3 switches together are the v3 version.
