A printable and improved (in my opinion) version of the Peter Jones Klickfast Belt Dock in all sizes offered.
Featured using my TYT MD-UV390 Klickfast stud.
Features
- Top centred Klickfast dock connector with retaining mechanism
- Resizable side gaps for different size belts (see spreadsheet in model file)
- Fillets on all belt contacting surfaces to reduce pressure, wear, and damage to the belt
- Filleted top surfaces to prevent accidentally stabbing your waist
Print settings for example (35mm)
- Material: PETG (recommended for flexibility:strength ratio)
- Nozzle size: 0.6mm
- Layer height: 0.3mm (variable)
- Supports: snug
- All other settings: default

2024-07-05: Update model with dimensions from official Peter Jones docks.
2024-08-17: Edit model to increase side all and buckle thickness, improve solver computation order, and overall improve dimensions/strength.
The measurements for the Klickfast portion were partially taken from @Matt636's excellent KlickFast Molle print, and partially from official Peter Jones docks, remodelled from the ground up to be incorporated into this design. This is substantially different enough that I do not consider it a remix but believe they deserve credit for the source of the measurements.
