I am not getting into how it's assembled since it is straightforward, but there are a couple things to look out for.
The first and crucial step is to assemble the PCB into the print without tearing the ribbon cable. Careful handling is crucial in preventing damage.
Second, ensure the stencil is flush on the top with the printed pegs inside the vent and back before adding the holes to the back plate; you should drill halfway, then take th shell back off to drill all the way through.
After assembling all the printed parts and PCB, use two m3x12 screws on the front face of the shell to hold together the whole thing. Once assembled, take the pre-drilled back plate and insert the two other m3x12 screws on the left and right holes, with the smaller m3x4 screw being placed through the bottom hole; after putting all the screws, line up the operator to the holes and tighten.
A good thing to do is to watch this video on how to set up the epilogue player on the Steam deck. You should also play around with the Emudecky power tools. (I didn't design around the deck mate to make it as thin as possible for my modified carrying case.)
