I didn't like to directly look into the (bright) built-in LEDs of the Calliope Mini (see https://calliope.cc/), thus I created this case, covering the LEDs with a single filament layer (0,2mm).
I printed using white PETG. Probably it works with PLA as well. (White filament probably allows the LEDs to shine through best, but other colors could also work.)
Three recesses are meant for 6x2mm sized magnets in order to keep the two parts of the case together. The magnets fit tightly and will probably stay in place even without glue. When inserting, take care of the right polarity! I used the same polarity for two of the pairs, while I used a reversed polarity for the third pair. Doing so, you will get some feedback when trying to put on the lid with incorrect orientation. Caution: The magnets will have an impact on the Calliope built-in magnetometer!

If requested, I will consider building another version for 3x3x3 cube-shaped magnets or screwable parts.
This case is probably incompatible with the newer versions of the Calliope Mini (particularly V3), since it blocks at least the connectors on the bottom side. Unfortunately, I don't have such newer version of the Calliope Mini availbale to provide a compatible case.
