This is a simple edit of the OG Prusa LCD screen to adapt it to my LCD Z-axis top mount

I love Prusa Research, their company philosophy and mindset.
However, I do like my printers clean and logo free though, so i adapted my top mounted LCD to not show any logos.
I also deletd the speaker cutouts, as the speaker is already plenty loud by itself.
If you still enjoy the logos and/or speaker grill, use the other version provided in the file section.
It's made to work with the vanilla mounts and my LCD mount Z-Axis Top.
