There are a few similar designs already out there, but none that really met my needs. Specifically, a stake that holds the tube in place from the top and includes sufficient length / barbs to stay put in loose soil.
The commercially available variants load from the top and use light clamping pressure to hold the tube in place, which in my experience means the lines pop out at the slightest jostle (or even just sitting in the sun).
I ran a dozen of each of these out of brown PETG to hold the lines in place within our raised garden beds and they've so far worked famously!
