This is the large beater brush gear for a Dyson DC25 vacuum. It may fit other models as well.
The factory part is designed to fail because the belt is cogged and there is no other way for it to fail other than burn up the motor. Dyson doesn't sell this part separately.
Included is the “thick” version that has a 1mm thicker flange. I had a hard time with the original not warping when printing as it was only 0.9mm thick. If the thicker version fits with your vacuum I would use that.
