This trophy can be the next trophy for the winner of your soccer betting game or your next soccer turnament. It is designed as a challenge cup, so you can pass it on every turnament and change the named plate. There are also 11 slots in the socket for storing the plates from the last winner.
It is designed for multicolor printers (XL, MMU), but can also be printed on single color printers. If you choose the singel color version you have to glue the patches.
There is also a distance ring part. This is 0.5mm in my case and used to get the top part aligned to the botton part.
The plate is empty. Feel free to put on any text you like using prusa slicer or put a sticker on it.
To mount the plate to the socket you need to add two squared M3 squared nuts and use two M3x10mm screws. If you pass on the trophy to the next winner, there are slots behind the plate to store the old slots. If you want to get out the old plates from the slots you need to give the socket a little punch. :)
For supports:
The bottom part of the ball need some support for the first layers, but you can try it without support.
For the top part (Upper part), add a cylindric support enforcer with about ⅓ of the ball diameter to the center of the ball, so that the last layers get support.
No need to support the thread or anything for the socket
