Needed a mouthguard box for traveling, so designed one in Fusion 360. The design prints in place, with no need for assembly. Has adequate ventilation to keep ickiness to a minimum, and has an interlocking lip to add some resistance to opening up.
Successfully test printed with 0.2mm layer height, 100% infill. Design was exported with 0.3mm tolerances, which should be adequate for most printers.
