In this post i'm including the technical details on the instant filament dryer.
Make sure to watch the video first:
I used this 220v 300w PTC heater with an inbuilt fan for air flow (This heater uses mains voltage!!! Risc of electric shock, burns, and fatal injury. Handle with extreme caution).

The controller is this very cheap thermostat. Its not accurate enough, the temp reading can be off by 20 degree C, fortunately the TPU A95 i was working with could withstand even 110c without melting or heating its glass transition.

3 tin cans gave about 33cm path for the filament to dry in, everything was taped with Kapton tape.

This was just a quick proof of concept and there are many things i want to improve.
At first I was sure the the stringing on the test prints is due to the moisture in the filament, this is no the case.
Its the print settings, after testing many variants, the best results i got was with
- 3mm retraction
- no wipe
- PA was set to 0.15 (filament settings→custom G-code: SET_PRESSURE_ADVANCE ADVANCE=0.15, this will set PA value to the chosen filament)
- 40mm/s print speed
