I designed this plant waterer so that my plants still get watered while I'm not at home. There are some other designs out there but most of them are just inserted in the PET bottle and not screwed down. I was afraid of the bottle flipping when a the weight on one side is bigger than the other, hence this design is screwed onto the bottle, just like its normal cap.
