As a biker, I make use of the Cardo Pack Talk Edge communication defice to talk with my friends. When not mounted on my helmet, I store the Cardo device in this case to protect it mechanically by adding an extra shell.
It is equipped with a small hole to be able to charge it also while it is in the box.
A hinge is intergrated.
As you can see on the pictures, I've added some foam pads (with an acrylic glue layer) inside the box, to prevent the device from shaking around and getting damaged due to the shaking.
Use-case ‘charging’: Important to stick the cable though the hole and connect it to the device before placing/sliding the device in the box. It is not yet totally perfect, however it works for me.
