Background.

I live in South Africa. Allen keys that have a a screwdriver handle are difficult to come by.  I use M3 cap screws a lot in my 3D printer projects so I made a screwdriver handle for the M3 Allen key.
I use Fusion for my 3D modelling but have not made use of the user defined parameters.  I wanted to post the M3 Allen key handle on Printables but decided to set myself the challenge of modelling it in Fusion using parameters such that I just change the across flats dimension and the entire handle resizes – but not by simple scaling but on sliding scales for the various dimensions.
I have used it from 2.5 AF (M3) to 12AF (M14) and it works fine in Fusion.  I have printed the 4 smaller handles (M3, M4, M5 & M6).  I do not expect there to be much demand for the larger ones but they are there should anyone want them.

Assembly.
Rub the mating surfaces of the handle, register key & collar on 180 grit emery paper on glass (mirror) so the glue can bond better.
Test assemble the handle with key & register key.  Sort out any issues.
Spread the adhesive (superglue or epoxy or your preference) on the mating surfaces of the handle bottom & on the register key.
Lay the hex key in the groove in the handle bottom.
Place the register key in the groove.
Put the top of the handle on & clamp until the glue has set.
Make certain the shaft is not skewed before the glue has set.
Spread glue where the collar goes & slide it on.
I sand the filament lines off using abrasive sponges  https://www.klingspor.co.za/products/abrasive-sheets/sw-510?sortierung=Title&seite=4&konfektion=Schleifbl%C3%A4tter&artikelnummer=ao%20120
