Frame and Fork Dropout Alignment Gauge Set, FFG-2 from Park Tool
I simply took measurements of the other one (it's a pair) & reproduced a plastic version
this part is required to use the tool interchangeably between front & rear dropouts because OLD changes from 100 mm to 126-135 mm or thereabouts
I don't know why the original needs to be knurled – the fit is quite loose & the spacer doesn't need to be rotated or really manipulated all that much, so I left it plain on the OD

replaced STL because ID was wrong at 10 mm; it should be a clearance fit over a machined 10 mm OD on part #4, so I made it 10.5 mm
