Update 1) So I've figured out I need something more substantial for the post inside the body. Use a 3.5mm nail (#10 sinker I believe) Cut length to fit. About 18mm long each, but this could vary slightly. You need about 8mm each shaft showing for spring to attach to.
Update 2) I printed the head with the least amount of infill. It's still to heavy for the single spring. Look for alternatives to make this possible.
Update 3) 2 pen springs rolled together are working
