PRINTING ADVICE: Print the Otamatone attachment at a 45 degree angle, leaning back towards the flat side. This will provide the most strength in the screw hole area.
A solution for hanging an Otamatone on the wall whether for utility or for display.
The Otamatone can be hung up and removed instantly.
Appears “floating” while hung, with the mounting hardware hidden from view.
No additional hardware or modifications to the Otamatone are required.

How it works:
There are two parts - one is mounted to the wall, and the other is mounted to the battery cover of the Otamatone. Once both parts are mounted, the Otamatone slides into the clip on the wall.
How to assemble the Otamatone attachment:
Remove the Otamatone's battery cover
Remove the circular plastic piece from the screw and pull the screw out. Keep both of these.
Insert the 3d printed part into the battery cover
Insert the screw through both the 3d printed part and battery cover, and twist the circular plastic piece back on
Reattach the battery cover
How to mount the wall attachment:
There are two versions of the Wall-Side Mount. One has a screw hole that is ideal for many types of screw including wood screws, drywall screws, or drywall anchors. The other version of the Wall-Side Mount is blank. This can be used with adhesives such as double sided tape, but it can also be used for remixing purposes.
