I've found the flush charging handle to be difficult to operate rapidly in stressful situations so I wanted to add a charging handle. Rather than add a one-piece handle, I've created an adaptor which replaces the existing grip with a Picatinny-style rail which can accept a wide variety of existing printable or commercially available.
To attach, simply use the existing metal bar from the original grip and add two 3M screws and nuts to hold it in place.
