Modernist table lamp

The lamp is designed so that it can be assembled by anyone with a little bit of DIY knowledge and that it uses as little filament as possible. The lamp is designed to fit an E14 socket.

PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS:

The base must be printed in normal mode with 2-3 walls. Infill is not necessary but is recomended.

All the other parts are designed to be printed in vase mode with 1-2 bottom layers.

All the models are already oriented for best results.

You only need to print 3 parts, however I have included 2 base versions and 2 primary shader versions so that you can personalize your lamp however you like.

ASSEMBLY

The lamp was designed to fit an E14 socket with two nuts. The nuts hold the lamp together, one on the bottom, inside the base and one on top, inside the main shader as seen in the photos. I have bought all the electric components from my local DIY store and assembled them myself. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EPERIENCE IN THIS AREA PLEASE ASK SOMEONE FOR HELP TO ANOID INJURRIES AND FIRES. 

The order of propper assembly is: 

1- print your files and check if your socket fits.

2- secure the electric cable to the socket

3- pass the loose end of the wire throw the whole at the bottom of the base

4- secure the socket, the base and the main shader using the two screws (i have included an stl file in case you have only one)

5- attach the switch to the wire in the position that you like

6- attach the plug to the loose end of the cable.

7- turn on in the presence of someone else to avoid any accidents and to show off.
