Here is a 30x30mm calibration cube designed to test a Positron v3.2 kit printer.
Edit 10/30: Added a PosiXY_cube.3mf Orcaslicer project. Opening the project will load tuned baseline settings for printing on the Positron. A well tuned and correctly tensioned Positron should be able to handle double the accelerations shown in the project.
Print at 0.2 layer height with no supports, model should be oriented the correct way when imported but positron model faces up and XY should line up with their axes.
Test conditions:
- XY letters for ghosting test
- #DontPrintOnPlanes for fine details
- 45 degree simple cut out for small overhangs
- Bridging test using a top down view of a positron printer, 16mm bridged square and a 16mm peep window.
- Stringing test, 4 - 2mm posts hold up the positron bed plate, ideally there should be no stringing between them.
- Dimensional accuracy, walls around positron model are 1.5mm thick and entire cube is 30mm on XYZ.
