I had various spokes in the spare parts drawer and now, with this modified Thing, everything is finally in order.
I have included various boxes and fasteners for people who prefer screws to sitting at CAD - the 30mm diameter chosen is enough for around 45 spokes, i.e. a wheel with a reserve.
With the attached SCAD file, any variant is possible. Simply install OpenScad and change the parameters on the right-hand side of the screen - press F6 and export STL.
The layer height of 0.24mm is good enough - modified to 0.20mm - 0.16mm in the thread area
Any material will be fine, PLA is perfectly adequate for the workshop...

Ich hatte verschiedenste Speichen in der Ersatzteillade und jetzt, mit diesem modifizierten Thing, ist endlich Ordnung.
Ich habe, für Leute die lieber Schrauben als bei CAD zu sitzen verschiedene Boxen und Verschlüsse fertig beigefügt - die gewählten 30mm Durchmesser reichen für ein rund 45 Speichen, also ein Laufrad mit Reserve.
Mit dem beigefügten SCAD-File ist jede Variante möglich. Einfach OpenScad installieren und die Parameter rechts am Schirm ändern - F6 drücken und STL exportieren.
Layerhöhe ist mit 0.24mm gut genug - im Bereich der Gewinde modifiziert auf 0,20mm - 0,16mm
Als Material geht alles, für die Werkstatt reicht PLA vollauf...
