Print 3 walls with 5% grid infill up to 44mm height and I add a height range modifier at 44mm to use 4 walls so it is nice and thick on the top to keep it waterproof. You could also just print the whole thing with 4 walls. I printed in ASA with .4mm nozzle and .2mm layers. I did a filament color change at 30mm to give it the classic red and white bobber look.
