Junk Jet Silly Shell

This silly shell has a self-contained and print-in-place air powered sled launcher. This lets it fire basically anything you can fit inside (with not very much force unfortunately).

There are two versions of the shell, a regular one, and a “XL" version, the XL version is designed to be nearly max length for the Yeethammer printable nerf gun. It is only about 1cm longer but that does make a noticeable difference.

PRINT SHELLS WITH 100% INFILL

The sled will explode itself if it's not solid and you are using a high-power blaster.

The cap can be printed however you like, I usually make it pretty light since its meant to just get out of the way of everything inside.

You may need to resize the cap- it has to be very precise so it's not too tight, but not too loose. Let it cool completely before testing the fit.

After a shell is printed you will need to break the sled free, you can do with with pretty much any pen or screw driver, just jam it in the back until the sled is released.

It's a good idea to shuffle the sled back and fourth a few times to make it move smoothly.
