LDO Milo Mini Mill Chip Shoe

Vacuum Shoe for the LDO Milo Mini Mill

I have not tested this with anything other than Harbor Freight shop vacuums, but they all have 2.5" connections so other brands should work.

I've made a few different length brushes to use depending on tool length.

This will NOT stop all chips from escaping! However, in my office where I do all my milling, it captures about 98% of them and the ones that do make a break and get way, stay at the machine, not 5 rooms away through 6 walls.

Requires the following hardware:
14 - 8mm X 2.5mm N54 magnets
8 - M3 X 5.0W X 4.0D Brass Heat Sets
8 - M3 X 12 SHCS screws

I would recommend printing is PETG, ABS or ASA, especially the main body that clamps to the spindle just in case you mill long enough to generate heat.
