These plates, ranging in size from approximately 20 to 22 cm wide and long and about 9 mm thick, are perfect replicas of iconic car brand emblems. Each piece is designed with a convenient hole for easy hanging, allowing you to showcase your passion for cars anywhere you desire. Plus, you can scale the sizes to your convenience!

All printable with one AMS unit.

Current models include: Alfa Romeo, FIAT, Lancia, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Abarth, Volkswagen, Audi and Maserati with more to come!

Special Notes for Models:

  • Ferrari: The Ferrari logo consists of two parts that need to be glued together. I designed it this way to be printable with one AMS unit, as many people don't have more than one. Ensure the glue doesn't seep out to the front, as it may ruin the logo. Use a minimal amount of glue to avoid this.
  • Fiat: Make sure to check the circle. Some tiny surfaces need to be painted extra to get a smooth circle(as can be seen on the image below).

  • Audi: there are two versions of this model(see photos). Version two needs smaller screws(if you want to mount it to the wall) compared to the other models.

Printing Tips for Optimal Results:

  • Nozzle and Layer Height: Use a 0.4mm nozzle with a 0.16mm high-quality layer height for fine details.
  • Wall Order: Set the order of walls to ‘’outer/inner'' for clean edges.
  • Bottom Surface Pattern: Use ‘’monotonic line'' as bottom surface pattern with a minimum of 4 layers for a smooth finish.
  • Top Shell Layers: Customize the number of top shell layers to your preference. Some designs, like the Ferrari logo, have 0 layers in order to save filament*. If you'll hang the plates where there is no backlight, it shouldn't matter. However, if there is even a bit of backlight, I recommend printing 4 or more top layers; otherwise, the infill pattern might show through the front side.
  • Support Settings: Enable support with a top and bottom Z-distance of 0.20 for easy removal.
  • Orientation: Print with the logo facing down on the build plate. Avoid using the ‘’lay on face'' function. Instead, rotate it with the ‘’rotate'' function to ensure the logo is oriented correctly. Otherwise you could get an incomplete first layer.
  • First Layer Inspection: The first layer is crucial. After printing the first layer, inspect it yourself to ensure it is flawless. If there are any imperfections, restart the print to achieve the best results.
  • Lastly but also important: Be sure to have dry(!!!) and good quality filament for the best results.
  • When painting in the slicer: The file may initially appear as a flat surface. Simply hover the mouse over the flat areas with the "fill" function(when using color painting) enabled, and you will see the different surfaces emerge.

*= if you do this, add a cube modifier for the hanging hole and enable top layers there.

More to be added. If you have a request please let it know in the comments! Also, I'd love to see makes so please share those.
