The standard rollers for the S22 wear quickly. These TPU rollers are very tough. I have done over 2000km on them and they have shown negligible wear. The first versions were a little loose around the bearing and became worse with age, so I have made these a little tighter. I have also made a version that is slightly oversize at 24.6mm in diameter to help limit scraping of the roller frames inside the sliders. If you use them in conjunction with my slider caps (original Pro sliders), or on their own (new sliders with lateral rollers), you should find you have a quiet suspension that doesn't wear quickly.
These are print in place, so to print them, use a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height. Pause at layer 30 and drop in the bearing, then continue the print.
