I remixed B3D_Printing's ID badge holder, by making it double sided, and by simplifying the geometry to make it easier to print while standing up. I also added reinforcement to the sides, so that it is sturdier. The reason that I print it standing up is to not need a support interface on one side of the card, making the print look nicer. Printing upright does make the ID card slightly less sturdy though, hence the bolstered sides. The clip was also moved from the middle, to one side, so that it sits more flatly against your body when wore from a neck lanyard.
I have included a .3MF file, that has organic supports to act as a sort of scaffolding to prevent the print from falling over as it prints. I also ensured that the print is aligned along the y-axis, to reduce the chance of it falling over. So far, it has printed really well for me, and I've made many for my co-workers. I also use PETG because the slight bit of flex it has, compared to PLA, seems to make the resulting print more durable.
