Montessori Number Cards for learning the decimal system. The 4, 3, 2, and 1-digit cards can be placed on top of each other to form any number from 1 to 9999. Can also be used in combination with the golden beads: https://www.printables.com/model/965322
A box is also included that can be used to store all 36 cards.
Single digits should be printed with green, tens with blue, hundreds with red, and thousands with green.
stls for the cards are included in variants for multimaterial printers and for using manual layer changes:
Multimaterial
The numbers are de-bossed by significantly less than a single layer height, such that they can easily be multi-material painted using smart fill but the top surface will still be flat.
Manual Layer Change
The numbers are debossed by 0.6mm. The cards should be printed with a layer-height of 0.2mm with a manual colour change added at 3.4mm and (optionally) at 2.8mm, depending on whether the back-side should be white or in the colour of the digits.
Additionally, all models exist in a variant with mouse ears. These help prevent the print lifting up at the corner and are superior to adding a brim in the slicer because they are both stronger (as the lines would have to rip across rather than along their orientation) and use less material than a brim. For the single and double digits this is probably unnecessary but the thousands and the box at least are safer to print in the mouse ear variant.
An openscad file is also included in case you want to make any modifications.
