I mainly made this publicly available because of how much hassle I went through to make a working latch with a nice action! I'd like everyone out there to have access to a reliable latch so that they can just get on with whatever it is they're trying to make. Hence breaking down any sort of barrier to its distribution.
Print in place(able)
So this latch is meant to be printed on its side. I've tested the print in place version of this latch (merged.stl) and it seems to work fine. You still need to print off the locking arm when printing merged.stl

Every Fusion360 project is a grim look into the mind of the artist that no other medium can provide. Above all I wish you luck, parametric means pliable, not reliable.
pinDiameter is a constant, if pin is way too big adjust size in slicer to 95% on the x and y axis.
