Tighten a rope without knots. Fixed on a wall with four screws. Designed for a rope diameter of 5mm.
Use this Onshape design to modify. Rope diameter and tolerance are parameterized. A STEP file is below.
Update 2024/12/04: I added a compact version which has the mounting screw holes inside the rope channels (onshape link). STL and STEP files are included here.
Update 2025/05/25: I added a stronger version with a thicker mounting base (onshape link). STL and STEP files are included here.
Print settings:
- Printed in PLA, although for outdoors it might be better to use a filament like ASA.
- Three perimeters and 15% infill.
- 0.6mm nozzle
- 0.2mm layer height
