Parametric Speaker Grills

How To Edit

1. Create an OnShape account if you don't already have one. This will be required to edit parameters.
2. Log in to OnShape
3. Open this project: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/de3715b95f03fdd50cfef06e/w/619fb97f6602ab1114585f13/e/6163f40ba018cb3ef83422da?renderMode=0&uiState=66b9207665fa3947a3712f7b
4. Click “Make a copy to edit” at the top of the screen
5. Once the document loads, you can pick which style you like using the tabs in the bottom left 
   
6. Once you've chosen a design, edit the parameters to the dimensions you need. The model will resize to the given dimensions.
   
7. Visually confirm that the design is still usable. Dimensions which are much too small, particularly with the margins, will eliminate features.
8. Once ready for export, right-click on the part in the bottom left
   
9. Choose the format (STL, STEP, etc.)
   
10. Click “Export”.

Printing

• Print face-down for best appearance
• No supports needed

• (4) #6 wood screws if using “front mount” design
