Hang your MicroJig GRR-RIPPER on a vertical surface with this snap-in mount. Features holes for #8 screws (#6 works ok, too) with the bottom one for adjustment to make it plumb.
PLA has a bit more clutch force than PETG (due to the former having a higher bending modulus) and it feels good on the default 0.2mm profile. If you want the clutch force higher, use your favorite material with more perimeters and denser infill.
Print as-is, on the side, and without supports. This will align the layers properly. If you print it vertically, the flexing will risk layer separation.
I don't know what the effect cold creep will have on the clutch force long-term, but I will update this down the road with how each one holds up. There isn't much static stress on the part so I'm counting on it not meaningfully changing 🤞
