Print with ABS, i used a 0.6 Nozzle but 0.4 should work too.
To get the Grid use a modifier Cube:
- top_shell_layers: 0
- bottom_shell_layersr 0
- sparse_infill_patter: grid
- sparse_infill_density: 40%
- infill_wall_overlap: 300%
After the print fill it with silicate and glue it together
