This is strongly inspired by the Cooling Station by @Morlor_1382988. I needed to scale up from 120 mm to 140 mm to acommodate the Unifi Cloudkey, and also wanted to avoid day-long printing of shelves from toxic temperature resistant material such as ASA.
The notches in the rack posts accept 8mm plywood boards and they also help positioning the boards for drilling centered pilot holes. Clearance between the shelves is 33 mm. Shelf size pictured is 140 mm deep and 170 mm wide.
Each rack post model needs to be printed exactly once. I drilled 2 mm pilot holes, used Spax 3.5x50 for the fan (spacers added to accommodate the grill on the inside) and Spax flathead 3x12 everywhere else.
For those in a pinch, a 140x170 printable shelf is included, but I've never printed it myself.
