I broke one of these bed slats and spent a while trying to figure out how to design a suitable replacement.
This model seems to work, but has to be printed in TPU, otherwise the pins that hold it in place are too fragile. I tried several other filaments (ASA, PETG, PA Nylon), and it's possible that a fiber-reinforced PA might be strong enough, but TPU seems to do the trick fine.
