This is a split cover for the Saturn 4 Ultra. Splitting it this way means that it is printable on the bed of an Ender 3 (or similar sized printer, of course.)
To use the vat cover, undo the screws and use the small handles to slip in place the “simple” half, then the other half with the flange on the edge. This is then a reasonable seal which keeps out any stray UV and prevents evaporation (or resin smells). This is great when not printing for a few days but not wanting to clear out the vat - you can then just give the vat a good stir with a plastic spatula before starting printing again. This saves a lot of effort over draining and refilling the vat.
Designed to be printed without supports. I just used Cura “standard” settings at 0.2mm layer height.
(It is too large to fit on the Saturn 4 Ultra's print bed - a 3-way split would be needed to make that possible.)
