I have therefore reproduced the part by modifying it to make it much stronger in case of a fall. I changed the support of the grille's fixing shaft to redirect the forces onto the screws that are fixed to the fan motor. It is thus in two pieces, to simplify printing and in case of a breakage, to only print the broken part and not the entire piece.
I am providing the files in 3MF format, so you can adapt them to your printing material needs. The 3MF files are adjusted to 0.1mm for the fittings and screw shafts. Therefore, it will depend on the filament whether or not adjustments to the shafts are necessary. For the face itself, it does not change anything. I have printed in PLA, ABS, and PETG, and everything works; only the fittings need to be reviewed. For example, with PETG, a margin of 0.25 should be considered for the filament I use, depending on my printer and the settings of its slicer. Personally, I printed the face in PETG because it is heat-resistant while being flexible in case of a fall, and the shaft in ABS (or ASA). I did not reproduce all the specifications of the original model to maintain some flexibility in case of a fall.
I chose to keep the original fixation for the grille support, which is not in ISO standards; it has a diameter of 34. I therefore recreated a thread in Fusion 360 to respect the diameter.
STL files (Binary) are for 0.10mm tolerance filament for snug fit. For a different tolerance (filament, printer), you have the files in 3mf format (Fusion 360).
I hope this will be useful.
