More or less a modern "Trouble" game piece with the anti-choke hole. You may be able to print it without supports.

Like all families, pieces of games get lost. This is nothing fancy or clever, just measured the existing piece and printed in a color close enough. In my IRL photo, the blue pieces are the printed one, with fancy PEI top in PRUSA Azure Blue.
Supports are likely optional, but I only printed mine with supports because I wanted a clean ridge. You can likely make it solid as well, but I like saving filament and followed the original design.
